INJECTION DEVICE FOR SYNTHETIC RESIN MIXED MATERIAL COMPRISING WEIGHT BODY

The present invention relates to an injection device for a synthetic resin mixed material which comprises a weight body so as to add weight to a synthetic resin and, more specifically, to an injection device, for a synthetic resin mixed material which comprises a weight body, comprising: a mixer for mixing a synthetic resin and a weight body; and an injection machine for injection-molding the synthetic resin and weight body mixed in the mixer. The mixer comprises: a mixing tank which has an inner space and the supplied synthetic resin and weight body mixed in the inner space; and a pair of measuring tanks which are for supplying a fixed amount of the synthetic resin and weight body to the mixing tank. The injection machine comprises: an extrusion-heating unit which is for melting the synthetic resin and weight body, which have been mixed in the fixed amount, by means of heating same; and a molding unit which is for molding, in a mold, the synthetic resin and weight body that have been melted in the extrusion-heating unit. The present invention relates to a preparation by means of injection utilizing an environment-friendly material and renewable energy resources and enables an increase in productivity by means of reducing production time compared to the existing mortar extrusion and injection. And the present invention enables quality improvement due to reduced labor cost and defect rate by means of simplifying process steps. Also, cost competitiveness due to reduced waste treatment cost and raw material can be acquired by means of grinding and reusing a processed material in case of a defect.
