METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING BATTERY PACK HAVING FIXING STRUCTURE MADE FROM THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a battery pack composed of plate-type battery cells in which electrode terminals are arranged planarly so as to face each other, the method comprising: (a) a step for electrically connecting electrode terminals of battery cells to an electrode terminal contact part of a PCB (Protection Circuit Board); (b) a step for placing the battery cells connected with the PCB inside a mold, which has two or more injection ports for a thermoplastic resin; (c) a step for forming a molding frame composed of the thermoplastic resin around the PCB and battery cells by injecting the thermoplastic resin through the injection holes; and (d) a step for solidifying the molding frame.
