AUTOMOBILE, AUTOMOBILE ELECTROPLATED MEMBER AND AUTOMOBILE ELECTROPLATING MOULD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

The present invention falls within the technical field of automobile electroplated members, and in particular relates to an automobile, an automobile electroplated member and an automobile electroplating mould, and a manufacturing method therefor. The present invention aims to solve the problem that the existing manufacturing process cannot meet the production requirements for an electroplated bar with a complicated structure and a large size. For this purpose, the manufacturing method for the automobile electroplating mould of the present invention comprises: establishing, with regard to the set shape of a matrix of the automobile electroplated member, a first simulation model of the automobile electroplating mould; simulating the injection moulding process of the matrix by using the first simulation model to obtain a first simulation matrix; carrying out pre-deforming processing on the first simulation model at least once to make a resulting second simulation model meet the following requirements: simulating the injection moulding process of the matrix by using the second simulation model to obtain a second simulation matrix, with the shape of the second simulation matrix meeting the set shape; and manufacturing, according to the second simulation model, the automobile electroplating mould. By using the manufacturing method of the present invention, the problem that the matrix of the electroplated member with a complicated structure and a large size is deformed during the injection moulding and cooling process can be effectively solved.
