HOT RUNNER INJECTION DEVICE FOR INTEGRALLY PERFORMING DOUBLE-SIDED INJECTION OF INSERT OBJECT BY USING VALVE NOZZLE

The present invention comprises: a valve module coupled to be slidable along a hot runner module disposed on any one unit mold between the separately arranged molds; and an ejector pin module disposed on the other unit mold, wherein the valve module includes a valve nozzle displaceably arranged on a sprue of the valve runner forming the hot runner module, and the valve nozzle is displaced between a first position at which the nozzle protrudes from a first unit mold such that a through-hole can be formed in an insert object disposed in the mold in a state in which the sprue of the valve runner is closed when the molds are coupled, and a second position at which the nozzle retracts into the first unit mold so as to open the sprue of the valve runner in a state in which the molds are coupled.
