The present disclosure is related to a plastic products molding device by plastic injection; incorporating in a single unit, the systems that allow the manufacturing of plastic articles with a weight in the order of up to 15 grams per injection. The device comprises the following systems and mechanisms: hydraulic for opening and closing, hydraulic for injection and dosing, cooling and mold adjusting mechanism and ejector pin, where the improvements are mainly: i) in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil that drives the hydraulic piston rod of the resin injector, passing through hollow vertical shafts that hold the hydraulic piston and injector, avoiding the use of hoses, ii) the opening and closing system is mechanical-hydraulic by two articulated arms that link the molds and the hydraulic piston dimensioned and positioned in vertical position to cover a smaller dimension than the current closure systems; iii) a central threaded cylinder was designed, as well as its key for an adjustment with greater precision and in a shorter time; iv) a compact cooling system was integrated to cool the mold and the hydraulic oil, by a coil that cools inside the hydraulic oil; and v) a liquid cooling system that passes through the mold, the cooled liquid passes through a coil included in the interior of the hydraulic oil tank, cooling the same. The resulting device is compact, requiring less space for installation and operation, saving costs to maintain a more organized device.
