Plastic Systems showcases energy-efficient equipment at K 2019

Plastic Systems, PETsolutions, Blauwer and Ergomen, four leading global suppliers operating under the Pegaso umbrella of injection molding, extrusion, auxiliary equipment and services, will showcase their equipment lines at K 2019 in hall 10 at stand B48 and hall 11 at stand H3.

The group, headquartered in Padova, Italy, and Atlanta, GA, supplies plastics processing equipment to diverse markets, including automotive, packaging, electronics, medical and appliances.

The product portfolio includes a range of processing equipment encompassing everything from plant management systems, centralized feeders and gravimetric blenders to chillers and dehumidifiers.

?Our K 2019 exhibits showcase advanced technology developed through dedicated R&D with advanced manufacturing, featuring our transition to a broad-based supplier of auxiliary equipment,? said Michael Smith, VP Sales and Service, North America. ?Our energy-efficient platform reduces energy costs by reducing consumption by up to 50% compared with the industry average.?

Smith joined the company in April 2019, as in PlasticsToday. Previously, he was with LK Machinery and Husky Injection Molding Systems. Smith is also former Chairman of the Plastics Industry Association's Western Section.
